Frequently Asked Questions
Nexgen Mentorship is an initiative by Nexgen Immigration that helps students discover their strengths, choose the right career path, and develop essential life skills through personalised mentorship programs.
We go beyond one-time counselling — we mentor students through a guided process of Discover, Design, and Develop.
Career counselling typically helps students understand career options. Mentorship, on the other hand, provides continuous guidance — helping students not just choose, but also grow and stay accountable to their goals.
We combine career clarity, skill development, and mindset coaching — creating lasting transformation.
Our programs are designed for:
-
Students in Classes 9–12 choosing streams or courses
-
Graduates and college students seeking clarity about their next steps
-
Parents who want professional support in guiding their child
You can choose either!
We offer both online sessions (via Google Meet) and in-person sessions at our Punjab offices — Jalandhar, Ludhiana.
All our mentors are certified career counsellors trained under the Global Career Counsellor Program by UCLA Extension and Mindler ICCC Certification.
They bring years of experience in student development, study abroad guidance, and personal growth coaching.
Our mentorship follows the 3D Model: Discover → Design → Develop.

Discover your strengths through assessments and discussions.
-
Design your academic or career roadmap with your mentor.
-
Develop your mindset, communication, and life skills to achieve your goals.
We use psychometric and aptitude-based assessments that analyse your personality, interests, and abilities.
